What is Untold Stories?
Untold Stories - Is for anyone who feels drawn to using creative writing to explore the deep and difficult stuff.
We will be looking at shame, taboo, vulnerability and fear, drawing on ‘what’s keeping us awake at night’ and what we are stuffing down during the day.
Using a series of guided exercises, we will begin to allow our authentic voices to be heard (if only to ourselves)
You can write in your mother tongue and you do not ever need to share to the group. If fact it is perfectly possible for you to keep your camera and microphone off during all zoom calls.
This course is for you, we will be doing it in community but each of us gets to choose how much or how little we wish to disclose.
I have decades of experience is running groups and I know how to hold a safe and confidential space so that people can relax and get the most out of each session without feeling unnecessarily drained or vulnerable.
